1. Filling system was driven by motor, to apply screw pump system.
2. Six 10-liter double-jacked vessels, temperature and stirring speed can be adjusted separately for each tank.
3. Two filling options. Stay in the same position for filling and up & down filling.
4. Position of six filling nozzles can be arranged according to different containers and any of them can be shut off for filling less than 6 colors.
5. Container was transported by conveyor and detected by sensor for filling.
6. Bypass design to avoid glitter or pearl stay in the bottom, filling more evenly.
7. Filling volume can be adjusted separately.
8. Filling each color in the same pace or in different speeds and the filling quantity of each color can be adjusted separately.
