Can work with oil-spray, freezing, and extraction machines to assemble a production line, intended for middle-scale production.

Features
- 15L double-jacketed heated tank with adjustable stirring speed.
- With a pump with stirring system to prevent bulk clogging or agglomerating, can work with high pearl or glitter bulk.
- With a special design filling valve to prevent bulk from dripping from nozzles.
- Every bulk passing part is heated.
- Piston changeable for different filling volumes.
- Precise piston filling system driven by servo motor.
- 12 nozzles filling 12 pcs at a time, capacity per minute is about 60 pcs.
- Requires only one operator.
- Can assemble a production line with cooling tunnel, turndown device, extraction device, flaming and capping systems.
