Overview

This stand-up type semi-auto production line works with metal moulds, includes pre-heating, filling, cooling, and extraction work stations to form a complete production system. Efficient to use, easy to maintain, quick changeover, suitable for producing lipstick, lip balm, chubby stick, and slim stick.

Features

1. Patented bulk bin design, tilting filling system to minimize bubbles, filling 12 pieces at a time,
2. Pair with one 15L tank, and one 1L reservoir, both with stirring and heating control.
3. Preheating plate time and temperature controllable,
4. Cooling plate time and temperature controllable.
5. Automatic extraction by slitting the mould or air blow release type.
6. Easy to use touch panel HMI.
7. Oil spray station optional.
